Pix: instant payment system

For two years, I worked as a UX/UI Designer on the Pix team at a major Brazilian bank, contributing to one of the country's most widely used financial experiences.

Pix is Brazil’s instant payment system, regulated by the Central Bank and used daily by millions of people for real-time money transfers. Working on Pix meant balancing user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements while continuously improving high-frequency financial journeys.

My work focused on identifying friction points through user research, behavioral data, and experimentation, translating insights into scalable solutions that improved speed, clarity, and trust across the experience.
